AAV with CMV7 promoter driven Mito-roGFP1
This AAV expresses Mito-roGFP1 driven by an ubiquitous CMV7 promoter.
The CMV7 promoter is about 0.35 kb in length and is a shortened version of the commonly used CMV promoter. CMV7 has a truncated version of the CMV enhancer. When tested in several cell lines, this promoter provides an expression level that is about 3-5 fold lower than that of the original 0.6Kb CMV promoter.
The mitochondrial targeting sequence of human pyruvate dehydrogenase alpha 1 (PDHA1) is fused in-frame with the redox-sensitive green fluorescent protein (roGFP1). The Mito-roGFP1 is a biosensor for investigating the mitochondrial reduction-oxidation potential.
Ready-to-use AAV expressing Mito-roGFP1 driven by an ubiquitous CMV7 promoter. Available in AAV1, AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8, AAV9, AAV-DJ and other serotypes.
