rat HMGN1 shRNA silencing Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Rat Hmgn1.
shADV-295184
Ad-r-HMGN1-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Rat Hmgn1 (high mobility group nucleosome binding domain 1). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Description (Vector)
Binds to the inner side of the nucleosomal DNA thus altering the interaction between the DNA and the histone octamer. May be involved in the process which maintains transcribable genes in an unique chromatin conformation. Inhibits the phosphorylation of nucleosomal histones H3 and H2A by RPS6KA5/MSK1 and RPS6KA3/RSK2 (By similarity).

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
