This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Mouse Rad17.
shADV-281034
Ad-m-RAD17-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Mouse Rad17 (RAD17 checkpoint clamp loader component). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
MmRad24
Description (Vector)
Essential for sustained cell growth, maintenance of chromosomal stability, and ATR-dependent checkpoint activation upon DNA damage. Has a weak ATPase activity required for binding to chromatin. Participates in the recruitment of the RAD1-RAD9-HUS1 complex and C12orf32/RHINO onto chromatin, and in CHEK1 activation. May also serve as a sensor of DNA replication progression, and may be involved in homologous recombination.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
