This is an Adenovirus expressing Human APPBP2.
ADV-201222
Ad-h-APPBP2
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human APPBP2 (amyloid beta precursor protein binding protein 2). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
APP-BP2; HS.84084; PAT1
Description (Vector)
APPBP2 interacts with microtubules and is functionally associated with beta-amyloid precursor protein transport and/or processing. The beta-amyloid precursor protein is a cell surface protein with signal-transducing properties, and it is thought to play a role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. This gene has been found to be highly expressed in breast cancer. Multiple polyadenylation sites have been found for this gene.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
