rat SNRPA shRNA silencing Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Rat Snrpa.
shADV-293823
Ad-r-SNRPA-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Rat Snrpa (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide A). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Description (Vector)
Binds stem loop II of U1 snRNA. It is the first snRNP to interact with pre-mRNA. This interaction is required for the subsequent binding of U2 snRNP and the U4/U6/U5 tri-snRNP. In a snRNP-free form (SF-A) may be involved in coupled pre-mRNA splicing and polyadenylation process. Binds preferentially to the 5'-UGCAC-3' motif in vitro.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
