This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human RAD52.
shADV-220650
Ad-h-RAD52-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human RAD52 (RAD52 homolog, DNA repair protein). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Description (Vector)
RAD52 shares similarity with Saccharomyces cerevisiae Rad52, a protein important for DNA double-strand break repair and homologous recombination. This gene product was shown to bind single-stranded DNA ends, and mediate the DNA-DNA interaction necessary for the annealing of complementary DNA strands. It was also found to interact with DNA recombination protein RAD51, which suggested its role in RAD51 related DNA recombination and repair.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
