human ARMCX1 shRNA silencing Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human ARMCX1.
shADV-201438
Ad-h-ARMCX1-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human ARMCX1 (armadillo repeat containing, X-linked 1). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
ALEX1; GASP7
Description (Vector)
ARMCX1 encodes a member of the ALEX family of proteins and may play a role in tumor suppression. The encoded protein contains a potential N-terminal transmembrane domain and two Armadillo (arm) repeats. Other proteins containing the arm repeat are involved in development, maintenance of tissue integrity, and tumorigenesis. ARMCX1 is closely localized with other family members, including ALEX2 and ALEX3, on the X chromosome.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
