Description (eCommerce)
Zinc-finger protein 644 (ZNF644) belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and contains seven C2H2-type zinc-fingers. The function of ZNF579 has not been characterized but may play a role as a transcription factor during eye development. Defects in ZFN644 have been associated with myopia.
Description (Vector)
ZNF644 is a zinc finger transcription factor that may play a role in eye development. Defects in this gene have been associated with high myopia. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
