Alternate Names
60S ribosomal export protein NMD3; CGI-07; hNMD3; NMD3 homolog
Description (eCommerce)
Ribosomes are composed of 60S and 40S subunits that are assembled in the nucleolus and exported to the cytoplasm through nuclear pore complexes in the nuclear envelope. NMD3 is an adaptor for 60S subunit export via the CRM1 (XPO1; MIM 602559) pathway (Trotta et al., 2003 [PubMed 12773398]) [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 51068)].

About Storage Conditions

All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity. We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
