mouse TRAM2 Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing Mouse TRAM2.
ADV-274906
Ad-m-TRAM2
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Mouse TRAM2 (translocating chain-associating membrane protein 2). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
C330003D03Rik; MGC25725;
Description (Vector)
Necessary for collagen type I synthesis. May couple the activity of the ER Ca(2+) pump SERCA2B with the activity of the translocon. This coupling may increase the local Ca(2+) concentration at the site of collagen synthesis, and a high Ca(2+) concentration may be necessary for the function of molecular chaperones involved in collagen folding.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
