Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human CDCA7L (cell division cycle associated 7 like). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
cell division cycle-associated 7-like protein; JPO2; Protein JPO2; R1; RAM2; transcription factor RAM2
Description (eCommerce)
JPO2/RAM2 has been identified as a protein that inhibits the monoamine oxidase A (MAO A) promoter and interacts with Myc. In association with Myc, JPO2/RAM2 functions in Myc-mediated transformation of medulloblastoma cells. JPO2/RAM2 has also been identified as a target gene of the pRb and E2F pathway and has been linked to oncogenesis.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
