This is an Adenovirus expressing Human TOX3.
ADV-226225
Ad-h-TOX3
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human TOX3 (TOX high mobility group box family member 3). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
CAGF9; TNRC9
Description (Vector)
TOX3 contains an HMG-box, indicating that it may be involved in bending and unwinding of DNA and alteration of chromatin structure. The C-terminus of the encoded protein is glutamine-rich due to CAG repeats in the coding sequence. A minor allele of this gene has been implicated in an elevated risk of breast cancer. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
