Description (eCommerce)
General transcription factor 3C polypeptide 4 (GTF3C4/TFIIIC90) is a subunit of the TFIIIC DNA-binding factor required for transcription of tRNA and 5S rRNA genes by RNA polymerase III. Human TFIIIC is composed of six subunits: TFIIIC220, TFIIIC110, TFIIIC102, TFIIIC90 and TFIIIC63, and TFIIIC35. GTF3C4/TFIIIC90 is required for RNA polymerase III transcription and interacts with TFIIIC220, TFIIIC110, TFCIIIC63, TFIIIB90, and RPC39. GTF3C4/TFIIIC90 has been shown to possess acetyltransferase activity specific for histone H3.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
