Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human YBX3 (Y-box binding protein 3). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
cold shock domain-containing protein A; cold-shock domain containing A1; cold-shock domain protein A; CSDA; CSDA1; DBPA; DNA-binding protein A; single-strand DNA-binding protein NF-GMB; Y-box-binding protein 3; ZO-1-associated nucleic acid-binding protein; ZONAB
Description (eCommerce)
ZONAB is also known as CSDA (cold shock domain-containing protein A). ZONAB binds to the GM-CSF promoter and appears to act as a repressor. ZONAB also binds to full length mRNA and to short RNA sequences containing the consensus site 5'-UCCAUCA-3’ and may have a role in translation repression.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
