human C15ORF48 Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing Human ANAPC7.
ADV-202705
Ad-h-C15ORF48
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human C15orf48 (chromosome 15 open reading frame 48). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
FOAP-11; NMES1
Description (Vector)
C15orf48 was first identified in a study of human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues. Levels of both the message and protein are reduced in carcinoma samples. In adult human tissues, this gene is expressed in the the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon and placenta. Alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode the same protein have been identified.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
