Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
fibronectin-like domain-containing leucine-rich transmembrane protein 3; HH21; leucine-rich repeat transmembrane protein FLRT3
Description (eCommerce)
Fibronectin-like domain-containing leucine-rich transmembrane protein 3 (FLRT3) is a member of the fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family. FLRTs may function in cell adhesion and/or receptor signalling. Their protein structures resemble small leucine-rich proteoglycans found in the extracellular matrix [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 23767)].
Description (Vector)
FLRT3 encodes a member of the fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family. FLRTs may function in cell adhesion and/or receptor signalling. Their protein structures resemble small leucine-rich proteoglycans found in the extracellular matrix. FLRT3 is expressed in many tissues. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described for this gene.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
