Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human PPP1R9A (protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 9A). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
Neurabin-I; NRB1; NRBI
Description (Vector)
PPP1R9A is imprinted, and located in a cluster of imprinted genes on chromosome 7q12. PPP1R9A is transcribed in both neuronal and multiple embryonic tissues, and it is maternally expressed mainly in embryonic skeletal muscle tissues and biallelically expressed in other embryonic tissues. The protein encoded by this gene includes a PDZ domain and a sterile alpha motif (SAM). It is a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase I, and controls actin cytoskeleton reorganization. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
