RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.

In order to maintain the quality of our products, we are unable to process any returns for items that were ordered incorrectly or by error.

We will provide replacement items for orders where there was a delay incurred through the shipping process. We will not be responsible for clearance delays through customs. Once the item is delivered and signed for, we are unable to offer a replacement as a result of internal delays.
