This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Rat Tymp.
shADV-292820
Ad-r-TYMP-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Rat Tymp (thymidine phosphorylase). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
Ecgf1
Description (Vector)
TYMP may have a role in maintaining the integrity of the blood vessels. Has growth promoting activity on endothelial cells, angiogenic activity in vivo and chemotactic activity on endothelial cells in vitro|Function: Catalyzes the reversible phosphorolysis of thymidine. The produced molecules are then utilized as carbon and energy sources or in the rescue of pyrimidine bases for nucleotide synthesis.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
