Description (eCommerce)
TSC22 domain family member 4 (TSC22D4) is a member of the TSC22 (TGF-beta-1-stimulated clone 22) domain family of leucine zipper transcription factors. In mice, TSC22D4, also known as Thg-1pit, is involved in the induction of cerebella granule neuron apoptosis and may a play a role in neuron development and differentiation.
Description (Vector)
TSC22D4 is a member of the TSC22 domain family of leucine zipper transcriptional regulators (see TSC22D3; MIM 300506) (Kester et al., 1999 (PubMed 10488076); Fiorenza et al., 2001 (PubMed 11707329)).(supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008)

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
