This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human TLE2.
shADV-225564
Ad-h-TLE2-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human TLE2 (transducin like enhancer of split 2). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
enhancer of split groucho-like protein 2; ESG; ESG2; GRG2; transducin-like enhancer of split 2 (E(sp1) homolog, Drosophila); transducin-like enhancer of split 2, homolog of Drosophila E(sp1); transducin-like enhancer protein 2
Description (eCommerce)
Transducin-like enhancer protein 2 (TLE2) transcriptional corepressor that binds to a number of transcription factors. Inhibits the transcriptional activation mediated by CTNNB1 and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. The effects of full-length TLE family members may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES (by similarity) [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q04725].

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
