Description (eCommerce)
CRK SH3-binding GNRP (C3G) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that binds to the SH3 domain of CRK and GRB2/ASH and catalyzes the exchange of GDP for GTP on GTPases of the Ras family. C3G has been reported to be involved in signaling that mediates cell adhesion and migration.
Description (Vector)
RAPGEF1 encodes a human guanine nucleotide exchange factor. It transduces signals from CRK by binding the SH3 domain of CRK, and activating several members of the Ras family of GTPases. This signaling cascade that may be involved in apoptosis, integrin-mediated signal transduction, and cell transformation. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described, but the full-length nature of some variants has not been determined.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
