shADV-218800
Ad-h-PHF12-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human PHF12 (PHD finger protein 12). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
PF1; PHD factor 1; PHD finger protein 12; PHD zinc finger transcription factor
Description (eCommerce)
PHD factor 1 (PF1) was identified as a protein that interacts with mSin3A-histone deacetylase corepressor, a multiprotein complex that mediates transcriptional repression. PF1 is a plant homeodomain zinc finger protein that also bears a forkhead-associated (FHA) domain. PF1 appears to facilitate the recruitment of the mSin3A complex to DNA for transcriptional repression. It has also been shown to interact with the histone deacetylase containing corepressor transducin-like enhancer of split (TLE) and may play a role in bridging the mSin3A and TLE transcriptional networks.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
