This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human KLHDC3.
shADV-213213
Ad-h-KLHDC3-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human KLHDC3 (kelch domain containing 3). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
dJ20C7.3; PEAS
Description (Vector)
KLHDC3 contains six repeated kelch motifs that are structurally similar to recombination activating gene 2, a protein involved in the activation of the V(D)J recombination. In mouse, this gene is found to be expressed specifically in testis. Its expression in pachytene spermatocytes is localized to cytoplasma and meiotic chromatin, suggesting that this gene may be involved in meiotic recombination.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
