This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human KCNAB3.
shADV-212665
Ad-h-KCNAB3-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human KCNAB3 (potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily A regulatory beta subunit 3). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
AKR6A9; KCNA3.1B; KCNA3B; KV-BETA-3
Description (Vector)
KCNAB3 encodes a member of the potassium channel, voltage-gated, shaker-related subfamily. The encoded protein is one of the beta subunits, which are auxiliary proteins associating with functional Kv-alpha subunits. The encoded protein forms a heterodimer with the potassium voltage-gated channel, shaker-related subfamily, member 5 gene product and regulates the activity of the alpha subunit.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
