This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human COX19.
shADV-205823
Ad-h-COX19-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human COX19 (COX19, cytochrome c oxidase assembly factor). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Description (Vector)
COX19 encodes a cytochrome c oxidase (COX)-assembly protein. The S. cerevisiae Cox19 protein may play a role in metal transport to the mitochondrial intermembrane space and assembly of complex IV of the mitochondrial respiratory chain (Sacconi et al., 2005 (PubMed 16212937)).(supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008)

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
