Description (eCommerce)
Cytokine induced protein of 29 kDa (CIP29) is a protein that is upregulated in response to various cytokines. CIP29 may play a role in cell cycle progression. A translocation between the CIP29 gene and the myeloid/lymphoid leukemia gene, results in the expression of a chimeric protein and has been associated with acute myelomonocytic leukemia [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 84324)].
Description (Vector)
SARNP encodes a protein that is upregulated in response to various cytokines. The encoded protein may play a role in cell cycle progression. A translocation between this gene and the myeloid/lymphoid leukemia gene, resulting in expression of a chimeric protein, has been associated with acute myelomonocytic leukemia. Pseudogenes exist on chromosomes 7 and 8. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.

About Storage Conditions

All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity. We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
