Alternate Names
1-phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate phosphodiesterase beta-3; phosphoinositide phospholipase C-beta-3; phospholipase C, beta 3 (phosphatidylinositol-specific); Phospholipase C-beta-3; PLC beta 3; PLC-beta-3
Description (eCommerce)
PLCB3 is a member of the phosphoinositide phospholipase C beta enzyme family that catalyze the production of the secondary messengers diacylglycerol and inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate from phosphatidylinositol in G-protein-linked receptor-mediated signal transduction [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 5331)].
Description (Vector)
PLCB3 encodes a member of the phosphoinositide phospholipase C beta enzyme family that catalyze the production of the secondary messengers diacylglycerol and inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate from phosphatidylinositol in G-protein-linked receptor-mediated signal transduction. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
