human TSKS Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing Human TSKS.
ADV-226611
Ad-h-TSKS
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human TSKS (testis specific serine kinase substrate). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
PPP1R161; STK22S1; TSKS1; TSSKS
Description (Vector)
TSKS may play a role in testicular physiology, spermatogenesis or spermiogenesis. Expression of the encoded protein is highest in the testis and down-regulated in testicular cancer. The gene is localized to the region 19q13.3 among the related RAS viral oncogene homolog (RRAS) and interferon regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) genes, which are both involved in tumorigenesis pathways and progression.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
