This is an Adenovirus expressing Human TMEM67.
ADV-225941
Ad-h-TMEM67
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human TMEM67 (transmembrane protein 67). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.

Alternate Names
JBTS6; MECKELIN; MKS3; NPHP11; TNEM67
Description (Vector)
TMEM67 localizes to the primary cilium and to the plasma membrane. The gene functions in centriole migration to the apical membrane and formation of the primary cilium. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Defects in this gene are a cause of Meckel syndrome type 3 (MKS3) and Joubert syndrome type 6 (JBTS6).

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
