Description (eCommerce)
PNUTS (PP1 nuclear targeting subunit) is a regulatory subunit of the PP1 protein phosphatase, a serine/threonine phosphatase involved in mitotic exit and chromosome decondensation. PNUTS has been shown to play a role in targeting PP1 to the nucleus and mediating PP1 association to specific RNAs.
Description (Vector)
PPP1R10 encodes a protein phosphatase 1 binding protein. The encoded protein plays a role in many cellular processes including cell cycle progression, DNA repair and apoptosis by regulating the activity of protein phosphatase 1. PPP1R10 lies within the major histocompatibility complex class I region on chromosome 6, and alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene.

About Storage Conditions

All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity. We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
