Description (Vector)

IQCA1 is a member of the ATPases Associated with diverse cellular Activities (AAA) superfamily. Members of this superfamily, found in all organisms, participate in a large number of cellular processes and contain the ATPase module consisting of an alpha-beta-alpha core domain and the Walker A and B motifs of the P-loop NTPases. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms.

About Storage Conditions

All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity. We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt.
