About Dual AAV
Dual AAV vectors split your gene into two vectors that under in-vivo homologous recombination, reforms to produce a full gene product. These are used when payloads >4.7kb are required.
Dual AAV vector controls contain two AAV vectors, with each vector carrying half of a GFP reporter gene. When recombined, a functional GFP is formed, allowing quick visual read-out.
Your team can use dual AAV vector controls to de-risk projects, for proof-of-principle studies, and to optimize parameters before moving into larger, more complex experiments. These controls are available in a wide range of promoters for tissue targeting.
