Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  1. The referral discount can only be applied by clients who register with a valid institutional or organizational email address.
  2. Participation in the referral program is limited to end users of Vector Biolabs’ research-grade vector services.
  3. The referrer must be an existing customer with at least one completed order.

Limitations

  1. To ensure fair use of the referral program, no more than two individuals from the same lab or research group may benefit from the referral discount.
  2. All referral discounts are applied on a per-order basis and cannot be carried over or combined with other offers or promotions.

Rewards

  1. The referral reward provides the referrer with 30% off their next order, once the referred colleague places their first order.
  2. The referred colleague will receive 20% off their first order.

Rights Reserved

  1. Vector Biolabs reserves the right to modify discount rates, eligibility, or program rules at any time.
  2. Vector Biolabs reserves the right to nullify any discount if the referral process is deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or abusive.
