This is an Adenovirus expressing Mouse Adcy7.
ADV-290661
Ad-r-WIPF1
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Rat Wipf1 (WAS/WASL interacting protein family, member 1). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
Waspip; Wip
Description (Vector)
WIPF1 may have direct activity on the actin cytoskeleton. Induces actin polymerization and redistribution. Contributes with NCK1 and GRB2 in the recruitment and activation of WASL. May participate in regulating the subcellular localization of WASL, resulting in the disassembly of stress fibers in favor of filopodia formation (By similarity). Plays an important role in the intracellular motility of vaccinia virus by functioning as an adapter for recruiting WASL to vaccinia virus.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
