Description (Vector)
TMPO may be involved in the structural organization of the nucleus and in the post-mitotic nuclear assembly. Play an important role, together with LMNA, in the nuclear anchorage of RB1|Function: TP and TP5 may play a role in T-cell development and function. TP5 is an immunomodulating pentapeptide|Function: May help direct the assembly of the nuclear lamina and thereby help maintain the structural organization of the nuclear envelope. Possible receptor for attachment of lamin filaments to the inner nuclear membrane. May be involved in the control of initiation of DNA replication through its interaction with NAKAP95|Function: TP and TP5 may play a role in T-cell development and function. TP5 is an immunomodulating pentapeptide.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
