human TRIM54 Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing Human TRIM54.
ADV-226456
Ad-h-TRIM54
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human TRIM54 (tripartite motif containing 54). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
MURF; MURF-3; muRF3; RNF30
Description (Vector)
TRIM54 contains a RING finger motif and is highly similar to the ring finger proteins RNF28/MURF1 and RNF29/MURF2. In vitro studies demonstrated that this protein, RNF28, and RNF29 form heterodimers, which may be important for the regulation of titin kinase and microtubule-dependent signal pathways in striated muscles. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
