human CEP78 Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing Human CEP78.
ADV-205004
Ad-h-CEP78
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing Human CEP78 (centrosomal protein 78). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
C9orf81; centrosomal protein 78kDa; centrosomal protein of 78 kDa; Cep78; CRDHL; IP63
Description (eCommerce)
CEP78 was identified in a mass-spectometry-based proteomic analysis of human centrosomes; however the role of CEP78 in the centrosome remains uncharacterized. CEP78 has also been identified as an antigen recognized by treatment-associated auto-antibodies in an immunoscreen of a prostate cancer cDNA expression library.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
