rat LOC362855 shRNA silencing Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Rat Rtcb.
shADV-291001
Ad-r-LOC362855-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Rat Rtcb (RNA 2′,3′-cyclic phosphate and 5′-OH ligase). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Description (Vector)
Catalytic subunit of the tRNA-splicing ligase complex that acts by directly joining spliced tRNA halves to mature-sized tRNAs by incorporating the precursor-derived splice junction phosphate into the mature tRNA as a canonical 3',5'-phosphodiester. May act as a RNA ligase with broad substrate specificity, and may function toward other RNAs.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
