mouse TCEA1 shRNA silencing Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Mouse Tcea1.
shADV-273886
Ad-m-TCEA1-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Mouse Tcea1 (transcription elongation factor A (SII) 1). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
S-II
Description (Vector)
Necessary for efficient RNA polymerase II transcription elongation past template-encoded arresting sites. The arresting sites in DNA have the property of trapping a certain fraction of elongating RNA polymerases that pass through, resulting in locked ternary complexes. Cleavage of the nascent transcript by S-II allows the resumption of elongation from the new 3'-terminus.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
