This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Mouse Galnt4.
shADV-259860
Ad-m-GALNT4-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Mouse Galnt4 (UDP-N-acetyl-alpha-D-galactosamine:polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 4). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
AV011803
Description (Vector)
Catalyzes the initial reaction in O-linked oligosaccharide biosynthesis, the transfer of an N-acetyl-D-galactosamine residue to a serine or threonine residue on the protein receptor. Has a highest activity toward Muc7, EA2 and Muc2, with a lowest activity than GALNT2. Glycosylates 'Thr-57' of SELPLG.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
