Gene Reference Data

Alternate Names
hSpagh; RNA polymerase II-associated protein 3; Tah1
Description (eCommerce)
RNA polymerase II-associated protein 3 (RPAP3) forms an interface between the RNA polymerase II enzyme and chaperone/scaffolding protein, suggesting that it is required to connect RNA polymerase II to regulators of protein complex formation [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9H6T3].
Description (Vector)
RPAP3 encodes an RNA polymerase II-associated protein. The encoded protein may function in transcriptional regulation and may also regulate apoptosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.

About Storage Conditions

All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity. We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
