human ST7L shRNA silencing Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human ST7L.
shADV-224477
Ad-h-ST7L-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human ST7L (suppression of tumorigenicity 7 like). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
FAM4B; ST7R; STLR
Description (Vector)
ST7L was identified by its similarity to the ST7 tumor suppressor gene found in the chromosome 7q31 region. ST7L is clustered in a tail-to-tail manner with the WNT2B gene in a chromosomal region known to be deleted and rearranged in a variety of cancers. Several transcript variants encoding many different isoforms have been described, but some have not been fully characterized.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
