human HERC3 shRNA silencing Adenovirus
This is an Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human HERC3.
shADV-210952
Ad-h-HERC3-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human HERC3 (HECT and RLD domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 3). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Description (Vector)
HERC3 belongs to the HERC family of ubiquitin ligases, all of which contain a HECT domain and at least 1 RCC1 (MIM 179710)-like domain (RLD). The 350-amino acid HECT domain is predicted to catalyze the formation of a thioester with ubiquitin before transferring it to a substrate, and the RLD is predicted to act as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for small G proteins (Hochrainer et al., 2005 (PubMed 15676274)).(supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008)

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
