shADV-209444
Ad-h-FXYD3-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human FXYD3 (FXYD domain containing ion transport regulator 3). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
MAT8; PLML
Description (Vector)
FXYD3 belongs to a small family of FXYD-domain containing regulators of Na+/K+ ATPases which share a 35-amino acid signature sequence domain, beginning with the sequence PFXYD, and containing 7 invariant and 6 highly conserved amino acids. FXYD3 encodes a cell membrane protein that may regulate the function of ion-pumps and ion-channels. FXYD3 may also play a role in tumor progression. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
