shADV-202392
Ad-h-C10ORF119-shRNA
Ready-to-use Adenovirus expressing shRNA for silencing of Human MCMBP (minichromosome maintenance complex binding protein). Available with optional GFP reporter or cell-specific promoter.
Gene Reference Data
Alternate Names
C10orf119; MCM-binding protein; MCM-BP; mini-chromosome maintenance complex-binding protein
Description (eCommerce)
MCM-binding protein is an associated component of the MCM (mini-chromosome maintenance) complex that acts as a regulator of DNA replication. MCM-BP binds to the MCM complex during late S phase and promotes the disassembly of the MCM complex from chromatin, thereby acting as a key regulator of pre-replication complex (pre-RC) unloading from replicated DNA. MCM-BP is required for sister chromatid cohesion [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9BTE3].
Description (Vector)
MCMBP encodes a protein which is a component of the hexameric minichromosome maintenance (MCM) complex which regulates initiation and elongation of DNA. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
