TBC; TBC1; TBC1 (tre-2/USP6, BUB2, cdc16) domain family, member 1; TBC1 domain family member 1
Description (eCommerce)
TBC1D1 is the founding member of a family of proteins sharing a 180- to 200-amino acid TBC domain presumed to have a role in regulating cell growth and differentiation. These proteins share significant homology with TRE2 (USP6; MIM 604334), yeast Bub2, and CDC16 (MIM 603461) (White et al., 2000 [PubMed 10965142]) [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 23216)].

About Storage Conditions

All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity. We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
