APMCF1; Protein APMCF1; signal recognition particle receptor subunit beta; signal recognition particle receptor, B subunit; signal recognition particle receptor, beta subunit; SR-beta; SRP receptor beta subunit
Description (eCommerce)
Signal recognition particle receptor, B subunit (SRPRB) has similarity to mouse protein which is a subunit of the signal recognition particle receptor (SR). This subunit is a transmembrane GTPase belonging to the GTPase superfamily. It anchors alpha subunit, a peripheral membrane GTPase, to the ER membrane. SR is required for the cotranslational targeting of both secretory and membrane proteins to the ER membrane [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 58477)].

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
