cytokinesis and spindle organization A; cytospin-A; CYTSA; GBBB2; OBLFC1; renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-22; SPECC1-like protein; Sperm antigen with calponin homology and coiled-coil domains 1-like
Description (eCommerce)
Sperm antigen with calponin homology and coiled-coil domains 1-like (SPECC1L) is involved in cytokinesis and spindle organization. SPECC1L may play a role in actin cytoskeleton organization and microtubule stabilization and hence required for proper cell adhesion and migration [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q69YQ0].
Description (Vector)
SPECC1L encodes a coiled-coil domain containing protein. The encoded protein may play a critical role in actin-cytoskeletal reorganization during facial morphogenesis. Mutations in this gene are a cause of oblique facial clefting-1. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
