Alternate Names
130 kDa Sin3-associated polypeptide; histone deacetylase complex subunit SAP130; Sin3A associated protein 130kDa; Sin3-associated polypeptide p130
Description (eCommerce)
Sin3-associated polypeptide p130 (SAP130) is a component of an mSin3A corepressor complex. SAP130 acts as a transcriptional repressor. It may function in the assembly and/or enzymatic activity of the mSin3A corepressor complex or in mediating interactions between the complex and other regulatory complexes [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9H0E3].
Description (Vector)
SAP130 is a subunit of the histone deacetylase (see HDAC1; MIM 601241)-dependent SIN3A (MIM 607776) corepressor complex (Fleischer et al., 2003 (PubMed 12724404)).(supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008)

About Storage Conditions
All our viral products should be kept at -80°C. At this temperature, the virus will remain stable for 6-12 months (and in some cases, up to 2 years). Once thawed, the product can be stored at 4°C for 2-3 weeks without significant loss of biological activity.
We recommend aliquoting your vectors into low protein binding tubes upon receipt. This helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as well as prevent loss of virus. To maintain accurate titer, aliquot in at least 20ul per tube.
